Security Professionals - Boston Waterfront Condos ($22+/hour)

About the role

Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site with heavy foot traffic. Conduct interior and exterior patrols, on foot, to inspect the building and grounds. High-level observation skills are required, along with effective communication with coworkers, clients, and management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations following established procedures.
• Report and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
• Engage and respond to residents, visitors, contractors, and others.
• Inspect building and grounds for safety and compliance.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Effective speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.

Qualifications

Additional qualifications may be specified and received preference, depending upon the nature of the position. These may include but are not limited to:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement capacity.
• Knowledge of security protocols and practices.

Skills

Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations are essential.
