About the role

Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site with heavy foot traffic. Conduct interior and exterior patrols on foot to inspect the building and grounds. Maintain high levels of observation and communication skills, responding to emergencies according to established procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and respond to residents, visitors, contractors, and others with professionalism and promptness.
  • Inspect the building and grounds for safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Report incidents or suspicious activity to management and maintain detailed logs.
  • Respond to and manage emergency situations as per site protocols.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Reliable means of communication and transportation.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
  • Effective English language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Additional qualifications may be specified and preferred based on the nature of the position. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
