About the role

Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site with heavy foot traffic. Conduct interior and exterior patrols on foot to inspect the building and grounds. High-level observation skills are required, along with effective communication with coworkers, clients, and management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency situations following established procedures.
• Report and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
• Engage and respond to residents, visitors, contractors, and others at the luxury Boston Condos site.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Effective speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
