Minimum Requirements
- An active DoD TS-SCI clearance is required.
- Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to support site personnel during security-related events.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or access control issues.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization as directed by site policies, and report irregularities through established procedures.
- Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and/or patrol findings, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed.
