Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at an aerospace and defense billing operations location.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and access-related records.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Support the protection of sensitive business information and billing-related assets by following site procedures for access control, visitor management, and incident reporting.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance (required).
• Valid driver's license in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).
• Prior experience with access control systems and badge management (preferred).
• Experience with alarm panel systems (preferred).
• Proficiency using computers or tablets (preferred).
• Current CPR certification (required).
• Background in customer service (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.

$23.86 per hour
