About the role

As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Patrol Driver in Manassas, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as aerospace and defense. This high‑profile position involves monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, deterring incidents, and providing professional customer service and communication. The driving component supports critical operations while emphasizing sound judgment, teamwork, and integrity.

Position Type: Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements (required for driving positions).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (preferred).
• Minimum age: 18 years for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local regulations.

Pay

$27.90 per hour.
