Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or facility concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• An active DoD TS-SCI clearance is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate: $35.25 / Hour
