Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility, including production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Maintain access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
