As a Security Officer in a dynamic retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for shoppers and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and mall locations, including sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help deter unauthorized entry, theft, and other security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
