Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk responsibilities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor visitor sign-in, credential checks, deliveries, and/or incoming calls while helping to support security-related policies and documenting routine front desk activity.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels when needed.
• Help to manage entry and exit activity for guests, vendors, and/or contractors, verify authorizations, and direct individuals to the appropriate contact or location.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence while observing lobby and reception activity, reporting unusual behavior, policy concerns, and/or security-related issues to site leadership.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Skills

• Security-related experience.
• Customer service experience.
