Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and support security-related operations through a visible presence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access as directed, and document security-related concerns, observations, and/or incidents in required logs and reports.
• Support site operations within a chemical and petrochemical location by communicating with supervisors, following post orders, and addressing routine security-related matters with professionalism.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the TSA is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
