• Day: Wed 06:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Thur 06:30 PM - 12:30 AM, Fri 06:30 PM - 12:30 AM
• Time: Sun 05:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or access concerns, and report observations to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.
• Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with de-escalation, and/or communicating professionally with customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
