What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, storefront corridors, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and/or access issues, and report observations through proper site-specific channels.
• Assist with access control, guest interactions, and incident response while supporting a professional atmosphere for a high-traffic shopping environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
