As a Security Officer Unarmed Rover in Monroe, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with store leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify suspicious behavior.
• Monitor customer and visitor activity, report policy violations, and document incidents involving theft concerns, disturbances, and/or property damage.
• Support access control and closing procedures by observing entry and exit points, assisting with crowd management during busy periods, and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses required may vary based on state and/or local laws and regulations.
