Responsibilities

• Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, help deter security‑related incidents, and support access control activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while maintaining a visible presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observed maintenance, operational, and security‑related concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (DayTime)
