Security Officer Unarmed - Property Access

About the role

As an Unarmed Security Officer - Property Access in Piedmont, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as automotive manufacturing. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will support a welcoming environment while reporting concerns and collaborating with site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, office spaces, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors according to site-specific requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrol findings, incidents, and security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Comply with licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
