As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional environment. Schedule

  • Part Time
  • Saturday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Sunday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, maintaining a professional presence while directing visitors and contractors as needed.
  • Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information during shift handoffs.

Requirements

  • Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
