Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to airport visitors, tenants, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned terminal-adjacent commercial areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter locations, documenting observations and irregularities.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess a TSA-issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Security-related experience.
• Ability to conduct patrols and respond to incidents.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
