About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Incident Reporting Driver in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. This driving post requires a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Complete required reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs in accordance with site requirements.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Security-related experience.
- Computer skills (preferred).
