About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Malvern, PA, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Use computer or tablet tools to support daily operations while communicating professionally with employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific access control procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Tuesday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Friday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
