As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR Certified in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and security-related systems; verify credentials and follow established visitor management procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders according to post orders.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in required reports and logs, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
