Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
- Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in accordance with site policies to help to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly work environment.
- Assist with reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity encountered during patrols, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and site representatives.
Requirements
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
