About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol CPR Certified in Jeffersonville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
  • Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or delivery areas in accordance with site policies to help to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly work environment.
  • Assist with reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity encountered during patrols, and relay relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and site representatives.

Requirements

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

$17.63 / Hour

DayTime: Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
