Daytime: Monday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Tuesday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a dynamic technology and media location by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and security‑related systems, reporting irregularities and following established escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific reporting requirements.

Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lb is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
