Security Officer Unarmed - Patrol
About the role
Join Allied Universal at a premier financial institution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant activity and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, common areas, offices, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry procedures and/or professional interactions with staff and guests.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
