What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and help to control access for authorized personnel, guests, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with site policies.
- Support day-to-day operations by observing workplace activity, reporting maintenance or life protection concerns, and communicating professionally with staff and visitors regarding security-related procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
