About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Agent in Waco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer patrolling a dynamic food and beverage location, helping to monitor assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and respond to security-related concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location guidelines.
- Support a clean and orderly environment by reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
Requirements
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
