What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, while documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and employee and/or visitor traffic, following site procedures for entry, escorting, and restricted area access within the location.
- Support branch operations by observing the premises for suspicious behavior, assisting with disorderly conduct issues, and communicating clearly with site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
