Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as required, and help support compliance with location rules for restricted and controlled areas.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications
