In this unarmed role, you will support access awareness and day-to-day site operations while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care for people, teamwork, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized access for staff, visitors, and deliveries.
- Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel, and assist with follow-up actions in line with post orders and client guidelines.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$19.00 / Hour
Schedule
- Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
