Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology‑focused front desk by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet visitors professionally, verify identification and access authorization, maintain visitor records, and communicate arrival information according to site‑specific procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity, access points, and security‑related systems as assigned, escalating unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, complete required reports, and provide clear communication to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Guard card or license (preferred).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 + years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment per state and/or local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Full‑time, Daytime: Monday – Friday, 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
