Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Clearance Required

About the role

As a Full Time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or access concerns.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$31.26 per hour.

• Thursday: 06:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
