Security Officer Tablet Reporting Patrol

About the Role

As a Security Officer Tablet Reporting Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. You will use teamwork and integrity while staying agile, reliable, and innovative in your daily work, helping people first while responding to site needs with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity and/or conditions.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or concerns in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support access control and visitor-related processes as directed by site-specific policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred Skills

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience.
• A guard card and/or license.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $26.70 / Hour

Schedule: Daytime, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
