Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support the protection of restricted areas and sensitive equipment.
• Communicate with team members, site contacts, and/or first responders regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters that may affect daily operations.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
