Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report details according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property, including lobbies, hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and public areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, support property rules, and/or assist with visitor directions and general assistance.
• Assist with documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or notable observations while communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Requirements

• Security experience of 2+ years is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
