Security Officer Patrol - Site Patrol
About the role
As a Security Officer Patrol in Saint Maries, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed conditions and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity according to site procedures, and support visitor, contractor, and delivery processing as directed by location protocols.
- Communicate with personnel, visitors, and supervisors regarding security-related concerns, policy questions, and/or operational issues while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
