Security Officer Site Access

About the role

As a Security Officer Site Access in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help create a welcoming environment while responding to concerns with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and first responders while supporting a professional environment at the location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 07:15 AM – 05:15 PM
• Position Type: Full Time
