About the role

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Patrol Driver in LIMA, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as aerospace and defense. This unarmed patrol position requires a valid driver’s license and involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and providing outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific requirements to protect controlled areas and sensitive operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly; document observations and notify appropriate contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while adhering to confidentiality and information-handling requirements.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• At least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Valid driver’s license (required for this driving position).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Pay

$23.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Overnight shifts: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
