About the role

Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify access, and conduct routine patrols to help support a secure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, screening entry requests, and supporting security-related protocols.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and/or loading areas to help control authorized access, verify credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and/or delivery activity.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, production areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or conditions requiring follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports, and access records, and support emergency response activities in accordance with post orders and site policies.

Requirements

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
