Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Screen packages, shipments, and authorized personnel in accordance with site procedures and applicable screening requirements.
- Monitor access points and shipping areas, verify credentials and documentation, and report irregularities
