What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, packages, and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or shipping documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, or unauthorized access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related events according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
