Security Officer Patrol Analyst

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, office spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned locations for unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and document observations according to post procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities, crowd management, and direction of foot traffic during service disruptions, special events, and/or other high-traffic periods.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
