Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Restaurant in Boston MA Sundays 3 PM - 11 PM (With Option for More Shifts)

Pay

Starting Pay is $19.00 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
  • Monitor for theft-related behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access in order to help to deter loss and support a professional environment for guests and employees.
  • Assist with crowd management, closing procedures, and/or after-hours checks as directed, while maintaining visible presence and following Allied Universal standards.

Requirements

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
