Security Officer- Receptionist

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security, military, or law enforcement, and must be authorized to work in the US. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00, daily pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors how you reassure and inspire confidence through your natural ability to engage with others.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and write incident reports.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Must have a state drivers license.
• Be authorized to work in the US.
• Patrol with a company golf cart, securing the interior/exterior of the building.
• Must have computer skills and be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
