Security Officer
About the role
The Security Officer must have a valid Drivers License, be comfortable with different forms of technology, and be able to perform concierge and customer service functions, including escorting visitors and monitoring CCTV cameras.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring access control by verifying proper clearance for individuals entering and exiting the premises.
- Responding to alarms and monitoring CCTV cameras.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling various locations and enforcing regulations.
- Providing customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.
Requirements
No prior experience is necessary. A background in retail, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Qualifications
Must be comfortable with different forms of technology and have the ability to interact with visitors and clients.
Skills
Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and customer service skills are essential.
