About the role

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic entertainment location in Greensboro, NC, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate professionally with guests and team members, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Have customer service experience (preferred).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
