As a Security Officer Bilingual Patrol Services in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures for personnel, deliveries, and contractors.
- Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns through clear and timely reports, notifying appropriate site contacts when needed.
Requirements
- Have at least two years of security-related experience.
- Be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Have customer service experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour
