As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, offices, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity; verify credentials and direct individuals according to site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and unusual conditions in clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Position Type: Part Time

Schedule: DayTime Mon 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Tue 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM, Wed 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM
