Security Officer Patrol Monitor- Warehouse

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech and media location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming atmosphere, and help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access when required, and help to deter unauthorized access within a fast-paced technology-focused location.
• Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and assisting with security-related requests in alignment with client site expectations and Allied Universal standards.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
