What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and facility protocols.
• Document and report incidents, unusual activity, and security-related observations according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Sat: 12:00 PM - 08:30 PM
• Sun: 12:00 PM - 08:30 PM

Qualifications

• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
