Security Officer Patrol Driver TWIC

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help to identify unusual conditions and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify entry and exit activity as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Complete detailed activity and incident reports, share relevant updates during shift turnover, and support security-related operations in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.

Requirements

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.
